It concerns the protection of personal data of Users and information that may be a trade secret of their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The policy applies to services we offer on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/transcash.eu\/\">https:\/\/transcash.eu\/<\/a> and in Transcash forms available on the Trans.eu Platform (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.trans.eu\">www.trans.eu<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The policy does not cover websites and services of third parties, which may be accessed via links on the site. Detailed information on personal data protection is available from each service provider separately. We recommend always reviewing such documents on the provider&#8217;s websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introduction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide financial services, including factoring services, so we process your personal data, as well as that of your debtors and contractors. We created the Privacy Policy to fulfill our legal obligations, including GDPR<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><sup>2 <\/sup>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What the Privacy Policy Contains<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Policy includes primarily information on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the legal bases for personal data processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how we collect and process personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rights of individuals whose data we process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use personal data for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>purposes defined in this document,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other purposes of which we inform you each time you provide us with the data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we collect and use data, we inform you of the legal bases and methods of processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acquisition of Contractor (Debtor) Data when TC Acquires Receivables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You provide us with:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contact data of the contractor (debtor) listed in the CEIDG,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receivables data from the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The source of this data is the documentation you provide to us when concluding the assignment agreement \u2013 the sales offer\/application for invoice financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To prove that the receivable actually exists, you must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a transport order\/contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a transport document confirming the carrier performed the service,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the VAT invoice you issued to the contractor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we acquire the receivable, we notify the debtor of the change of creditor. We also inform them that we process their personal data as the controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Automated Decision-Making and Profiling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To conclude or perform a contract, we may process your personal data automatically, as well as make decisions and profile. This may have legal effects on you or otherwise significantly affect your situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These cases may occur during offers. This way, we assess whether we can offer you a factoring service contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What We Analyze<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We automatically analyze data that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you provide in forms on the <a href=\"https:\/\/transcash.eu\">https:\/\/transcash.eu<\/a> website,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relate to your cooperation history with us,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>concern the history of debt collection actions we conducted at your request or against you,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are publicly available and come from state registers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>come from the National Debt Register, business intelligence agencies, or debt collection companies with whom we cooperate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How we evaluate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To assess whether we can offer you a contract, we use statistical models. These help us determine your credibility and check if you can incur obligations with our company. If we assess that your credibility is insufficient or non-existent, we will refuse to conclude a contract and provide the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Collected Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To use our services and products, register an account in the Client Panel on <a href=\"https:\/\/app.transcash.eu\">https:\/\/app.transcash.eu<\/a>. To do so, provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>first and last name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a user of the Trans.eu Platform, you can log in to the Panel using your TransId and password. In such a case, you may also provide additional information regarding preferences and professional qualifications. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for service fulfillment and contact with the Administrator. If you do not provide the necessary information, the Administrator will not be able to deliver or manage the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some data is also passively collected, i.e., when you use the website (e.g., IP address, resolution, location, browser type).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data usage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will process personal data to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>perform the contract you entered into with us, or to take actions necessary to conclude the contract \u2013 if required,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>serve our Clients, i.e., enable them to contact us for negotiations, conclude a contract, or accept an order,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respond to your inquiries or complaints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>send you our newsletter regarding software changes, Terms of Service, etc.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assess your satisfaction,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pursue claims and defend against claims,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fulfill our internal administrative purposes \u2013 prepare statistics, analyses, etc.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inform you about products if you express interest (e.g., to send you newsletter information).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may also use personal data for so-called direct marketing to inform you about our current and future products and services via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trans.eu messenger,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information campaigns,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can opt out of receiving such information by sending a message to <a>info@transcash.eu<\/a>. If you withdraw your consent for commercial information, we may still send you our newsletter regarding software changes, Terms of Service, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sharing data with other entities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have the right to share your personal data with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>our subsidiaries,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entities related to us (Trans.eu capital group),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>subcontractors \u2013 if necessary to perform the service contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We emphasize that such entities process data based on an agreement with Us and only according to instructions and confidentiality conditions. These include entities that provide essential technical support for service delivery \u2013 such as payment service providers, IT, and entities managing the Transcash Client Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When transferring data, we apply protection measures and safeguards that prevent unauthorized access (e.g., SSL, encrypted connections).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without your consent, we will not share your data with third parties. Exceptionally, we may share it with authorized entities in legally justified cases (e.g., law enforcement or the judiciary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data transfer outside the european community<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The level of personal data protection outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may differ from that provided by European law. We transfer personal data outside the EEA only when necessary. If we do, we ensure an appropriate level of protection. Cookies may only be shared with entities that provide essential services to ensure technical support for managing these files, for example, by placing information in the form of cookies and similar technologies on end devices (e.g., computer, smartphone) (such as WP Ads, Onet Ads, Olx Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads) and with entities within the Trans.eu Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can disable cookies in your web browser. However, please remember: while you will still be able to use all products and services, some issues may arise \u2013 our website may no longer function fully correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Management of cookie categories is also possible via the \u201cConsent\u201d window that appears during the User\u2019s first visit to our website. Detailed information about the Administrator\u2019s use of cookies is provided in the Cookie Information, available in the consent window. We use so-called \u201ccookies\u201d to track User visits to the website and save their preferences \u2013 such as language and login data \u2013 to customize the offered services to their needs.
